Shipping Policy
Shipping and delivery information for custom B2B packaging orders.
At Apex Packaging Inc, we provide B2B paper packaging products and custom packaging services. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping and delivery are arranged for our customers.
1. Shipping Scope
We provide shipping support for custom paper packaging products, including paper boxes, paper bags, inserts, and related packaging materials. Shipping availability, methods, and costs may vary depending on the order size, product type, delivery destination, and customer requirements.
2. Production Before Shipping
Most of our products are custom-made. Orders usually require product confirmation, material preparation, printing, production, assembly, quality inspection, and export packaging before shipment.
Estimated production timelines will be discussed with the customer before the order is confirmed. Production time may vary depending on order complexity, quantity, material availability, and approval of samples or specifications.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the order and destination, shipments may be arranged by express courier, air freight, sea freight, truck delivery, or other suitable logistics methods.
We may work with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers to prepare and deliver orders.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not fixed and will be calculated based on factors such as package size, weight, shipping method, delivery address, customs requirements, and transportation conditions.
Shipping costs may be included in the final quotation or charged separately, depending on the agreed order terms.
5. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, carrier schedule, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to prepare shipments according to the agreed schedule, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customers may be responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees required by the destination country or region, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping, import, and customs-related information when required.
7. Shipping Documents
When applicable, we may provide shipping-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, export packaging details, and other documents needed for shipment or customs clearance.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Customers should inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us promptly with order details, photos of the products, packaging, and any relevant shipping documents.
We will review the issue and work with the customer, carrier, or logistics provider to determine an appropriate solution.
9. Delays
Shipping or delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier delays, port congestion, weather, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Apex Packaging Inc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.
